The petitioners have sought for the following prayer : "(A) Hold and declare that the Judgment and order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition Nos. 4772, 5193 and 5229 of 2004 is not based on correct interpretation of the Government Resolutions dated 14.11.1979 and 29.01.2008 and the same is no longer a good law at Annexure D & G."

The Petitioner No.1 is an Association of Primary Teachers. The Division Bench of this Court has interpreted the Government Resolutions dated 14 November 1979 and 21 January 2008 and rendered judgments. Merely because the Petitioners do not agree with the decisions, the prayer as sought for cannot be considered by us. It is not that Petitioners are challenging a particular order of the Government and then calling upon this Bench to distinguish the decisions or refer the matter to a larger Bench.

If the Petitioners have any remedies in law as regards individual grievances of their members, it is open to pursue the same.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged.
