Heard learned Senior Advocate Shri R.L. Khapre and learned Advocate Shri Girish Kandari instructed by learned Advocate Shri Anjan De alongwith Deputy Official Liquidator and also read the order dated 06/10/2021. The said order is passed in Civil Application (CAO) No. 479/2021. Vide said order, a direction was given to execute a sale-deed. In para-4 of the said order, a letter sent by the Official Liquidator dated 19/07/2021 is mentioned. By the said letter, the Official Liquidator has asked the applicant/Gopal to deposit balance amount of Rs. 87,76,000/-. However, in para-4 instead of mentioning Rs.87,76,000/-, due to oversight an amount of Rs.90,46,000/- is mentioned. It ought to have been Rs. 87,76,000/-.

Necessary corrections are required to be made and the same be made.

Civil Application is disposed of.
