The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the Appellant has withdrawn the appeal by signing the terms of Compromise in Form 'N'. 2.

The Appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. 3.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The Claimant is entitled to withdraw entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the Insurance Company in the Court along with interest accrued. 5.

The appeal stands disposed in above terms. The civil applications, if any, stand disposed of.
