By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 276 days in filing the criminal appeal.

The ground mentioned in the application is that appellant is in jail, and the relatives of the appellant are rustic persons, being not aware of the steps to be taken for challenging the impugned judgment therefore, the delay is caused.

Considering the reasons which appears to be just and reasonable one. Moreover, if the delay is not condoned, he will be deprived from exercising his statutory right. In view of that, delay of 276 days in filing the criminal appeal is condoned. The criminal application is disposed of.

Appeal be registered.
