DATE : October 22, 2018 Considering the nature of order impugned in this Civil Revision Application, it is clear that even if the said impugned order is set aside, the execution proceedings would not come to an end.

In that view of the matter Shri N. S. Khandewale, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
