Heard.
2.
It appears that the petitioner has not produced any experience certificate showing that he had three years experience in industrial relation works. There is also no averment in the petition, in particular, in paragraph No.6 to which, our attention has been drawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner possess three years experience in industrial relation works. The criteria of three years experience of the industrial relation works is an essential condition of the advertisement No.08/2021. This condition appears to have not been fulfilled by the petitioner. Therefore, we are of the view that there is nothing wrong on the part of the authority in finding that the petitioner is not eligible for the post of Assistant Welfare Officer vide advertisement No.08/2021.
2 21-W.P.No.6284.2022 3.
The Writ Petition stands summarily dismissed. No costs.
