The present writ petition is being filed for following reliefs:- "(1) Call for record of the appeal preferred by the petitioner U/s. 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 from the office of respondent no.1 authority for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

(2) Direct respondent no.1 authority to decide appeal U/s. 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 preferred by petitioner on 17.03.2025 on merits with immediate effect in the interest of justice and equity.

(3) Direct respondent no.1 authority to decide interim application preferred by petitioner along with appeal memo on 17.03.2025 without causing any further delay."

This matter was listed yesterday i.e. on 03.09.2025 for consideration. However, at the behest of learned APP, it is kept today. Learned APP on instructions, submits that the appeal preferred by the petitioner/appellant under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 has been decided yesterday i.e. on 03.09.2025 and the order was passed.

Considering the above fact that the order has been passed, the present petition becomes infructuous. 5.

Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
