th FEBRUARY , 2023 The present application is filed for permission to deposit the occupation charges which is in arrears.

It appears that the original appellant is expired in the month of April, 2020, till then, he was depositing the occupation charges, however, his legal heirs were not aware of the order dated 04/10/2017 passed by this Court. Thereafter, due to Covid-19 outbreak, they could not deposit the amount.

In the present application, the number of Demand Draft (D.D.) and amount are mentioned and it is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that though the D.D. is ready, its validity is expired. 4.

In view thereof, two weeks' time is granted to deposit the fresh D.D. for an amount of Rs. 12,000/-. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
