On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the statements made by the applicant/petitioner in the civil application are not factually correct. There was no seat in the other backward class category in Datta Meghe Institute. The application is filed without properly verifying the facts. Hence, we dismiss the same with costs of rupees five hundred that are liable to be paid to the High Court Bar Association within one week.
