Civil Application (CAS) No.1023/2018 This is an application filed by the applicant for condonation of delay and setting aside abatement for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.11 and 12 on record.

Heard. Perused the application. Since the notice to proposed legal heirs of respondent nos.11 and 12 are served, but nobody appeared for them. I am satisfied that the delay needs to be condoned. Hence the order.

The delay of 140 days is hereby condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of.

Civil Application (CAS) No.1024/2018 This is an application filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent nos.11 and 12 on record. Heard. Perused the application. It is submitted that respondent nos.11 and 12 expired. Hence, the applicant wants to bring the legal heirs of respondent nos.11 and 12 on record. The permission is granted. Civil Application stands disposed of.
