Present application is filed by respondent nos.1 to 4 for speaking to minutes.

It is submitted that there was Civil Application No.486/2022 for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant pending while judgment passed in First Appeal No.637/2021. However, no order came to be passed in respect of Civil Application No.486/2022 regarding grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellantowner of the vehicle. In view thereof, order dated 11.08.2022 needs to be modified.

Add para no.15 after para no.14 in the judgment dated 11.08.2022.

2 27caf1969.22.odt "Civil Application No.486/2022 is filed by respondent nos.1 to 4 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant vide CCDR No.29044, dated 23/12/2021.

Permission is granted to withdraw the same as per apportionment given in award and as per the directions therein.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount as per the award along with accrued interest.

Civil Application is disposed of."
