The learned counsel for the petitioner Shri V.N. Patre states that the arrears of the salary are received. Shri Patre has handed over cheque for Rs. 1 lac to the learned counsel Shri Akshay Naik towards refund of the interim and adhoc payment which the management had made to the petitioner pending release of arrears of salary. Shri A.V. Palshikar, the learned AGP states that the salary grants shall be released regularly. Shri V.N. Patre, the learned counsel is suggesting that there is a shortfall in the amount received. This contention is left open for the petitioner to agitate in appropriate proceedings and before appropriate forum. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
