The petitioner seeks a direction to the concerned District Judge, Wardha to decide Hindu Marriage Appeal bearing No.192/2016 at an earliest. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is pending for want of paperbook.

The petitioner has shown willingness to file private paperbook containing copies of all the depositions and documents. If this is done, we do not find any impediment in directing the concerned District Judge, Wardha to decide the Appeal within stipulated period. We, therefore, dispose of the petition with the following directions:- (i) The petitioner to file private paperbook as stated in the aforesaid order, within a period of fifteen days from today, after furnishing copy of the private paperbook to the
