The appellant - Akhilesh Parasram Zaria, has preferred this appeal challenging the judgment and order of sentence passed by the Special Judge under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act). It reveals that two appeals are filed by the said Akhilesh Parasram Zaria i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 23/2024 and Criminal Appeal No. 554/2024.

In view of that, learned counsel Mr. Kulkarni seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Appeal No. 554/2024.

Permission is granted to withdraw the appeal. As the appellant has engaged Mr. Kulkarni to proceed rkn
