Heard Shri R.L. Khapre, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri N.S. Rao, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Shri S.C. Mehadia, learned counsel for Respondent No. 4.

As the petition is yet to be admitted, though Shri Mehadia, learned counsel is strongly opposing the prayer, we allow the present application. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

The respondents are free to file their additional reply/ affidavit, raising all defences including challenge to amendment, within a further period of two weeks. 4.

The petitioner to supply to the respondents and place on record the amended copy of the petition. 5.
