This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal. The delay is of 11 days. The reasons for the delay are stated on affidavit. As on today, though no reply is filed by the non applicant, Ms Reddy, Advocate vehemently opposed the application for condonation of delay. However, after perusing the submissions on affidavit and after hearing the parties, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay of 11 days. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay in preferring the appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of.
