The appeal against acquittal. However, delay of 5 days is caused in preferring the appeal. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that as the applicant is a layman and some time was consumed in collection of documents, and therefore, the delay of 5 days is caused.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, it appears to be just and reasonable one. The delay is condoned.
