We permit the petitioners and respondent Nos.4 to 6 to appear before the respondent No.3 on 25/03/2025. The respondent No.3 in turn shall decide the objection of the petitioners and take a decision whether the same be referred to the civil Court in the pending suit or otherwise in the matter of apportionment of the compensation. 3.

Let the decision be taken by the respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before him. 4.
