Heard Shri Thengre, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Kankale, learned AGP for respondent No.1 and Shri Tambde, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3, for sometime.

Shri Sambaray, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 has filed a pursis informing that Respondent No. 4 has already expired.

The order dated 21.10.2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4270 of 2013 does not contain any specific directions and as such the contention that it has been violated, is misconceived. However, because of subsequent application moved by the present petitioners, it is open to the petitioners to file such other proceedings as are open to them in law.

With these directions, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
