The present application is filed by respondent no. 4 for grant of permission to withdraw 1/10th share along with accrued interest. 2.

It appears that the First Appeal No. 251/2005 is already disposed of on 16/02/2017. The claimants were granted liberty to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Accordingly, the other respondents have already withdrawn the amount. Only share of respondent no. 4 is yet to be withdrawn. 3.

As such, I do not see any impediment to allow respondent no. 4 to withdraw 1/10th share separately. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to respondent no. 4 to withdraw the amount in her share.

Nazir is directed to disburse the amount after due verification of the documents.
