DATED : OCTOBER 3, 2017 This application is filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 for permission to withdraw amount of Rs.1,26,722/- deposited by appellant in pursuance of order dated 23/2/2017 passed by this Court towards decretal amount of compensation.

For the grounds mentioned in para 4 of the application, respondent nos.1 to 3 are allowed to withdraw 75% of the aforesaid amount on furnishing personal undertaking to deposit the same as per directions of this Court, if any issued on considering the first appeal. Registry to deposit remaining amount in a fixed deposit in any nationalised Bank initially for a period of two years.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
