The respondents Nos.1 to 4/claimants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.12,30,271/- deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards the compensation. Though the application is also filed by the claimants for direction to the appellant/acquiring body to deposit remaining compensation amount of Rs.3,24,072/- but the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 waived that direction at this juncture.

It appears from the record that the enhancement done by the learned Reference Court is within the limit of 4 times. As such, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of Rs.12,30,271/- along with the accrued interest thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the registry nd.thawre

of this Court.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
