The learned counsel for the respondent Mr. Vaidya states that copy of this application is already supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Samel. 2.

The limited relief sought is that 50% amount, which this Court has permitted the respondent to withdraw, may with the interest accrued.

The order dated 11.04.2022 is corrected and paragraph 5 thereof is substituted as follows: "5.

The Registry shall permit the respondent to withdraw the said amount, along with the interest accrued, without insisting for security or surety."
