FEBRUARY 15, 2017 Mrs. Dangre, learned Government Pleader, appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2, produced before this Court a copy of show cause notice and action taken against the erring officer by the Collector, Nagpur. According to Advocate Bhangde, the action taken is merely an eye wash.

We find that in the present petition such an argument cannot be looked into.

As appropriate orders on mutation application filed by the petitioner are passed, we dispose of this petition. No costs.

Needless to mention that party aggrieved by that order can assail it before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
