This is an application seeking early hearing of the Appeal. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are facing financial hardship, inasmuch as the applicant nos.2 and 3 are prosecuting their studies, whereas the applicant no.4 is 75-year-old mother.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Civil Application is allowed.
