JULY 15, 2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that purpose will be served if the trial Court is directed to decide Regular Civil Suit Nos. 1/2009 and 4/2009 in time bound manner.

2] In my view, the petitioner should approach the trial Court and make such request. In any case, the suits being more than ten years old, the trial Court of its own will decide these suits expeditiously.

3] With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

4] Copy of order be served upon the trial Court.
