02nd September, 2016 This application has been filed with a prayer that the order dated 1st August, 2016 be recalled. By the said order dated 1st August, 2016, the application for bringing on record legal representatives of respondent no.1 was allowed. In the application, it has been stated that the said respondent no.1 had executed a Will on 21st January, 2014 and the suit property was

bequeathed to the present applicant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without going into the question of entitlement of the applicant, the applicant can be permitted to be brought on record.

In view of aforesaid, the name of the present applicant is permitted to be brought on record along with the legal heirs of respondent no.1, who are already brought on record. The question of entitlement of the applicant to the property in question on the basis of Will dated 21st January, 2014 is kept open.

Application is disposed of.
