By order dated 05.07.2024, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dismissed the petition against respondent Nos.7 to 9 for non-supplying the copies for issuance of notice to them. It appears that before dismissing writ petition against respondent Nos.7 to 9, they were already served by the petitioner, but service report was not available with the petitioner. In wake of this, petition dismissed against respondent Nos.7 to 9 is restored to the file. 2.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. 3.
