Complainant, aged about 23 years, has filed complaint against the applicant, his father, his mother and two brothers alleging that the applicant assuring to marry her, developed physical relations with her and then avoided to perform marriage, however, subsequently, the marriage between the complainant and applicant was registered but the family members of the applicant refused to accept the complainant as the bride of applicant and, therefore, under depression she attempted to commit suicide. On the complaint Crime / F.I.R. No.98/2017 is registered against 5 accused against whom complaint is lodged for the offence punishable under Sections 376(n) [should have been 376(2)(n)], 417, 498-A, 294, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the

2 aba539.17 Indian Penal Code.

The applicant, aged about 27 years, claims to be an agriculturist and has stated that he is not involved in any other crime / offences. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that custody of applicant is required for further investigation.

In the facts of the case, following order is passed:

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime / F.I.R. No.98/2017 registered by the nonapplicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand). The application is allowed accordingly.
