The present application is filed by the appellant/applicant for extension of time to deposit the costs of Rs. 10,000/-. 2.

The costs was imposed by this Court by order dated 10/8/2022. The learned counsel for the appellant/applicant submits that the amount will be deposited within one week, hence, prayed for extension of one week's time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The appellant/applicant to deposit the costs of Rs. 10,000/- imposed by order dated 10/08/2022 within a period of one week from today.
