DATED : 09-09-2015 The respondent No.2-Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies has filed the reply and has urged that the petitioners have alternate statutory remedy available under Section 9 and Section 18 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. In view of the objection raised on behalf of the respondent No.2, Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. The petition is disposed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

The interim order granted by this Court on 02-092014 shall continue for one month to enable the petitioners to obtain appropriate orders from the concerned Forum.
