On motion Shri Shingane, learned counsel for the contempt petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to issue notice to the respondent, as regards seeking compliance of the judgment dated 22/07/2015 passed by this Court in Writ petition No. 4501/2014 and in case of failure to reply such notice, he further seeks liberty to file fresh contempt petition.
