DATED : AUGUST 7, 2017 This application is filed by respondent wife for permission to withdraw the amount of maintenance. It is found that by order dated 13/10/2016 petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.15000/- per month, which includes monthly maintenance of Rs.3000/- each to respondent and her two children and Rs.6000/- for rent. Accordingly, petitioner has deposited said amount along with arrears.

Shri Kasat, learned Counsel for petitioner, has not opposed for withdrawal of amount by respondent, which is deposited as per order as aforesaid. For the reasons mentioned in the application, respondent wife is allowed to withdraw the amount, which is deposited by petitioner with the Registry of this Court. The criminal application is accordingly allowed. Stand over to 21/8/2017.
