This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw deposited decreetal compensation amount under award of the reference court.

Perused the application.

Learned advocate for the applicants pointed out that an amount of Rs.2,14,88,966/- is deposited in this court by the appellant.

Learned advocate for the appellant strongly objected the application.

5.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be partly allowed as under : Registry is directed to pay 50% amount along with interest accrued thereon, out of an amount of Rs.2,14,88,966/- to the applicants-claimants, on usual undertaking. 6.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
