DATED : 19-04-2023 The petitioner challenges the order dated 12-8-2022 rendered by respondent 2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia rejecting the approval of petitioner 3 for the post of Assistant Teacher by giving reason that there was a ban on recruitment due to Covid-2019 as per the Government Resolution dated 05-5-2020.

The State has lifted the ban on the recruitment to the minority institutions and therefore, approval shall not be rejected on the ground of ban on recruitment.

The impugned order dated 12-08-2022 rendered by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia is quashed and set aside.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia shall reconsider the issue of approval of petitioner 3 for the post of Assistant Teacher, within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

The petition is allowed in the afore-stated terms.
