During the pendency of this criminal application, charge-sheet is filed before the trial Court and the applicant no. 4 - Dr. Anupam Kaamalnarayan Jaiswal and applicant no. 5 - Sau. Nikita W/o Anupam Jaiswal are exonerated inasmuch as the charge-sheet is not filed against them. Hence, the criminal application filed on behalf of the applicant nos. 4 and 5 does not survive for consideration.
Learned advocate for the applicant nos. 1 to 3, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the criminal application on their behalf with liberty to file discharge application.
The criminal application of the applicant no. 1 - Abhishek Pradeep Jaiswal, applicant no. 2 - Pradeep Umashankar Jaiswal and applicant no. 3 Sau. Uma W/o

It is further submitted that the protection granted to the applicant no. 1 by the order dated 18/07/2018 may be continued for one month to enable him to take appropriate steps for moving the trial Court for grant of pre-arrest bail. This request is also granted and it is directed that any coercive action shall not be taken against the applicant no. 1 for one month.
