By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed in Claim Petition No.751 of 2013.

In view of the statement made by Ms Naik, learned Advocate, the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed in Claim Petition No.751 of 2013 is stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 4.
