It is contended on behalf of the applicant that he had been to Delhi to attend the marriage function, and therefore, he could not prefer the revision application. There is sufficient and satisfactory reason mentioned in the application.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of six days in filing of revision application is condoned. Criminal application is allowed and disposed of.
