Mr. C.S. Kaptan, learned counsel for petitioner has argued that the petitioner has been victimized and such victimization is continued which can be seen from the affidavit filed on behalf of Deputy Secretary to Government of Maharashtra. He has pointed out that though while justifying that why 'no objection' was not issued to the petitioner, a letter of AYUSH is cited and taken support of it by the Deputy Secretary. However, there is no statement that like petitioner, no other colleges have been given 'no objection' in light of letter dated 5.2.2024, issued by the AYUSH. We expect that by 7.10.2025, the Deputy Secretary to Government of Maharashtra shall file affidavit to this effect. The affidavit shall be sworn by Dy. Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra himself/herself and if any 'no objections' are issued in favour of any of the colleges after the letter of AYUSH, the names of such colleges shall be stated in the affidavit.
