At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondent points out that the execution proceedings is pending since 2018 and there is no much progress in the same.

In the circumstances, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Bhoj Raj Garg ..vs.. Goyal Education and Welfare Society & Ors., reported in 2022 Live Law (SC) 976, the learned executing Court is directed to expedite the execution proceedings and act according to the above referred judgment.
