Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 02.

We have perused the order of the State Information Commissioner, Nagpur Bench, delivered on 14/11/2024. 03.

The said order resulted in to calling a notice for penalty under Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, 04.

We hope and trust that the State Information Commissioner shall take the said notice to its logical end, as it is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of the orders passed by the first and second authority, respondent No.3 did not comply with the same. The respondent No.3 is hereby directed to comply with the said orders and provide the information, which is not provided till this date. 05.

With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
