Shri Mohgaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. Deshpande, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri Puranik, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

The meeting scheduled on 19.08.2014 could not take place and as such we find that the apprehension with which the petition came to be filed did not materialise. The question is what is the status of Resolution No. 31 passed by the General Body of Nagpur Municipal Corporation on 12.04.1976.

Without observing anything more and with liberty to the petitioner to approach again, if any cause of action accrues in her favour, we dispose of the petition with no order as to costs.
