Caste claim of petitioner is admittedly under scrutiny of by respondent no.1 Committee. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the matter is at the stage of Vigilance Enquiry and within one year, final orders shall be passed.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that cousin of petitioner has already been given validity. 5.

This Court has issued notice in the matter on 04.08.2017, and protected employment of petitioner. In this situation, we direct respondent

Order 2811wp5112.17 no.1 Committee to complete the process of verification as per the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance & Verification of) Caste Certificates Act, (Act No. 23 of 2001), within a period of next one year.

Interim orders granted by this Court on 04.08.2017, shall continue till then and shall be subject to it. Accordingly, Writ Petition is partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
