Considering the fact that now the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal (MRT) is functioning, the following order is passed. 2.

The MRT shall endevour to decide the revision application filed by the present petitioners, being Revision Application No.28 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The interim order passed by this Court dated 19.09.2022 shall remain in force till the decision of the revision application by the learned MRT.

4.
