The counsel for the respondents has filed a pursis stating that by the impugned order, the respondents had debarred the petitioners from participating in the tenders for a period of one year only. It is stated that since more than one year has expired from the date of the impugned order, the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the statement made in the pursis, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
