DATED : AUGUST 29, 2019 This is an application for extension of time filed on behalf of the respondents No.3 and 4 (original claimants), seeking extension of time to file undertaking in terms of order dated 23/07/2018, permitting the said respondents to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited in this Court against usual undertaking and remaining 25% against solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondents No.3 and 4 are granted further four weeks time to submit the aforesaid undertaking in order to withdraw the amount.
