In the F. I. R., name of this applicant is not mentioned. There is no allegation that this applicant had appeared at the examination as an impersonator. The allegation is that this applicant is a master-mind, who runs racket of sending fake persons to appear in the examinations on behalf of the original candidates by obtaining some money. This allegation, according to the prosecution, stands substantiated by the statement of co-accused Dharmendra Patel. Apart from the statement of co-accused Dharmendra Patel, there is no other material so far available on record to disclose prima facie involvement of the applicant in this case. Therefore, I am inclined to grant this application. The application is allowed and the ad-interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 11/8/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
