DATED : NOVEMBER 08, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the original plaintiff seeking extension of order of temporary injunction. While issuing notice on this application, this Court had directed that the order of temporary injunction dated 14/03/2019, shall continue to operate.

The present application is opposed on behalf of the non-applicant, pointing out that the applicant is not co-operating with the Trial Court and that while he is enjoying the order of temporary injunction, the suit is still pending, despite extension of time for disposal of suit granted only till 31/07/2019, by this Court.

It is claimed on behalf of the applicant that the power of attorney granted earlier was required to

2 caw20145.19.odt be cancelled and that new power of attorney will be executed in order to pursue the suit before the Trial Court.

In view of the material on record, extension of the order of temporary injunction is granted till 31st December, 2019.

It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31st December, 2019. As earlier order has been passed granting extension of time for disposal of suit, it is made clear that even for disposal of suit no further extension will be granted. 6.

Application is disposed of.
