Civil application is disposed of. C.A.F. No.1995 of 2015 Prayer is to permit the claimant to withdraw the amount of compensation. The request is opposed by counsel for the appellant. Considering the observations in the impugned judgment, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking. Remaining 50% amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn after furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application is disposed of.
