On 10.4.2018, First Appeal St.No.5203/2018 was presented before the Registrar (J.) and objections in the appeal were asked to be removed within a period of 14 days. The objections could not be removed within the stipulated time and registration of the first appeal was refused for non-compliance of order dated 10.4.2018. There was a delay of 76 days. Therefore, the present application for condonation of delay and the misc. civil application for restoration of First Appeal St.No.5203/2018 are filed. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am satisfied that the delay is satisfactorily explained. Delay of 76 days caused in compliance of order passed by the Register (J.) dated 10.4.2018 stands condoned. The order dated 10.4.2018 passed by the Registrar is set aside. The first appeal is restored to its original file. Office to register the first appeal.
